We are hiring to add to our small and mighty team. This is a remote, part-time consultant role with an opportunity to interact with customers and make a meaningful difference.
Locations: CA Bay Area, Seatte, NY/NJ

You'll work directly with client families as their relationship manager. Responsibilities include:

Virtual client communication and engagement over video and email.

Documentation of new tasks, preferences and feedback from families.

Prepare for meetings with updates, clarifications and recommendations based on client's home life.
Requirements:

20 hour availability per week.

Strong social and communication skills.

Computer and web skills with the ability and willingness to learn new software/apps.
